About AltexSoft
We are looking for a Product Manager / Senior Business Analyst with confirmed travel experience — airlines, hospitality, OTAs, corporate travel, or travel fintech. The role covers the full engagement cycle: you lead discovery and pre-sales, design the solution, build prototypes to win the opportunity, then move with it into implementation or consulting delivery. We test product hypotheses with clients, structure engagements around outcomes, and work AI-first in daily practice.

AltexSoft is a travel technology consulting and software engineering company. Our Center of Travel Technology Excellence — domain consultants, solution architects, and engineering teams — works with airlines, hospitality companies, OTAs, TMCs, and travel fintech players worldwide.
You Have
- 5+ years as a BA, Product Manager, or PO in software development
- Proven experience in travel: airlines, hospitality, OTA, TMC, or travel fintech
- Understanding of travel tech: distribution (GDS, NDC), booking flows, APIs
- Pre-sales and discovery experience: workshops, proposals, C-level communication
- Product mindset: hypotheses, MVP scoping, prioritization, metrics
- Prototyping skills, including AI-assisted
- Daily practice with AI assistants; familiarity with spec-driven development
Would be a plus
- Several travel verticals; IATA / NDC standards
- Hands-on Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport, or hospitality platforms
- Consulting background: assessments, roadmaps, advisory
- Outcome-based / value-based engagement models
- Building AI-powered features or LLM integrations
- Data analysis, BI; travel unit economics and pricing
- Public expert footprint: talks, articles
- Product management certifications
You Are Going To
- Lead discovery and pre-sales as a travel domain expert: workshops, solution visions, proposals
- Build prototypes and PoCs to validate ideas and win deals
- Continue with won engagements into implementation or consulting, owning client outcomes
- Define hypotheses, scope MVPs, prioritize roadmaps, measure results
- Document business, functional, and integration requirements
- Champion AI-first ways of working and contribute to the expert community
