AltexSoft is seeking a Senior Engagement Specialist to play a key role in expanding our presence in the Saudi Arabian and broader GCC markets. This position is a critical part of AltexSoft’s business development strategy, focused on establishing new customer relationships, growing regional partnerships, and driving high-value enterprise engagements.
About Project
The Senior Engagement Specialist will act as a front-facing representative in the Saudi market, working closely with executive leadership, delivery teams, and technology centers of excellence to position AltexSoft as a trusted partner for AI-driven digital transformation, advanced software engineering, and data-enabled solutions.
You Have
- 5+ years of experience selling enterprise software development or technology consulting services.
- Proven success driving complex B2B deals with $1M+ ARR, ideally in new or emerging markets.
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices, architectures, and delivery models.
- Demonstrated experience selling or positioning AI-powered, data-driven, or automation-focused solutions.
- Ability to translate specific business needs into compelling technology and AI value propositions at the Saudi market.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of generating new business and scaling revenue in target regions.
- Experience working with internal senior management and cross-functional teams to align sales strategy and delivery capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong consultative selling, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent or professional working proficiency in Arabic; English proficiency is mandatory.
- Strong familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market, including business culture, enterprise buying cycles, and regional decision-making processes.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time, with regular travel to Saudi Arabia.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable operating in a high-growth, market-expansion role.
Would be a plus
- Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Existing network or experience working with Saudi-based enterprises, government entities, or large regional organizations.
You Are Going To
- Lead business development and market expansion initiatives in Saudi Arabia, including customer acquisition, account development, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and own long-term relationships with enterprise customers and key stakeholders in the Saudi and GCC markets.
- Collaborate with internal C-level executives to define Saudi market entry and growth strategies, including target accounts, value propositions, and engagement models.
- Drive new business by identifying customer challenges and proposing tailored solutions that leverage AI, machine learning, data analytics, automation, and cloud technologies.
- Work closely with internal delivery teams and centers of excellence to ensure high-quality execution and a seamless customer experience.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by aligning their business objectives with AI-enabled and technology-driven transformation initiatives.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and deal closure.
- Represent AltexSoft at Saudi and regional industry events, executive forums, and customer meetings.
