About Project

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our professional team. You will primarily focus on work with contracts and agreements.

You Have

1-2 years of experience as Legal Counsel or Lawyer
Solid experience in preparing contracts and other legal documents, including in English
Ability to work with a variety of tasks.
Good negotiation skills (including with foreign partners/clients)
Good skills in applying legislation to specific businesses, including when working with foreign legislation
Excellent skills in searching for information/legislation in open sources
Possibility to cross the border for possible business trips

Would be a plus

Experience in IT companies

You Are Going To

Legal registration of relations with the team (contracts, additional agreements related to Up Grade, Lay-Off, name change, etc.).
Coordination, verification, and organization of signing contracts with subcontractors.
Preparation, coordination, and organization of signing contracts with clients, partners, and large contractors, communication with counterparties (foreign law).
Providing consultations on general legal issues requiring mid-level expertise.
Drafting, verifying, and coordinating contracts in the company's operating activities (lease, supply of goods and services, etc.).
Coordinating, verifying, and organizing the signing of confidentiality agreements.
Preparation analytical notes, algorithms, and legal opinions on typical legal issues.
Conducting research into the provisions of the law, court decisions, and precedents on non-standard legal issues on behalf of the head of the department.
Marketing compliance and issues related to protecting the company's intellectual property.
Providing personal consultations to company employees.
