We are looking for a Senior Engagement Specialist to acquire and manage customers, primarily within the Travel & Hospitality sector.

About Project

This role will be supported by our Center of Travel Technology Excellence, ensuring access to deep industry expertise.

You Have

5+ years of experience in selling enterprise software development services.
2+ years of experience in Travel & Hospitality or Travel Technology.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
Excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record in winning new business.
Experience driving B2B deals with $1M+ ARR.
Demonstrated ability to generate new business and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Experience working with senior management and business owners to align sales strategies.
Ambitious, goal-oriented, and highly motivated to achieve targets.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and client-focused approach to engagement.
Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.

Would be a plus

Master's degree in a relevant field.

You Are Going To

Build and nurture relationships with key customer profiles.
Collaborate with C-level executives to define and implement sales and account strategies.
Work closely with the Center of Travel Technology Excellence to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies in the travel sector to identify new business opportunities.
