Accor Teams With Uber as Travel Loyalty Tries to Escape the Hotel

Accor and Uber announced a new loyalty partnership that will connect ALL Accor with Uber and Uber Eats in several markets. Members will be able to link their accounts, earn ALL Accor points on selected Uber rides and Uber Eats orders, and receive extra benefits through Uber One and ALL Accor.
The rollout is planned for the second half of 2026. France, Germany, and Poland will be the first markets for Uber and Uber Eats delivery benefits. The United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Morocco will start with Uber ride-related benefits. The companies have not yet shared full details on earning rates or exact eligibility rules.
Accor wants its loyalty program to stay useful between trips
ALL Accor is Accor’s booking platform and loyalty program. Members can use it to book hotels, collect points, redeem rewards, and access partner offers. Accor has been expanding the program beyond hotel stays so members can use it across dining, experiences, and lifestyle services.
The Uber deal supports that strategy. Many travelers do not book hotels every week, but they may use rides or food delivery more often. By linking ALL Accor with Uber, Accor can keep members engaged during everyday activity, not only when they are planning a hotel stay.
Uber is pushing further into travel
The partnership also fits Uber’s broader travel push. Uber announced hotel bookings inside its app through a partnership with Expedia Group. The feature gives US users access to more than 700,000 hotel listings, with Vrbo vacation rentals expected to be added later in 2026.
