About AltexSoft

We are looking for a Junior .NET Support Engineer to join an offshore support team working on the WarrCloud platform. This role is primarily focused on investigating, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues reported by users, while collaborating closely with engineering teams.

About Project

Our client is the retail automotive industry’s first and only technology platform that automates warranty processing. Implementing services that help streamline the process collecting repair orders from Dealers, submitting them by Agents, resulting in high cost and time savings for Dealers.

You Have

  • 1+ year of experience with .NET (C#, ASP.NET or .NET Core)
  • Experience in a technical support / application support role
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze logs, errors, and system behavior
  • Good understanding of REST APIs and backend systems
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing tools
  • Basic understanding of Virtual Machines and cloud environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

You Are Going To

  • Investigate and resolve platform-related issues reported by users
  • Provide support via Jira help desk, ensuring clear and timely communication
  • Perform root cause analysis and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to resolve incidents
  • Monitor recurring issues and document findings for product improvement
  • Gain a solid understanding of the WarrCloud platform and its workflows
  • Ensure high-quality user experience through effective issue resolution
