Scandic Hotels Adopts Amadeus Agency360 for Booking Insights

Scandic Hotels, the largest hotel chain in Scandinavia, has signed its first enterprise-level agreement with Amadeus to deploy the Amadeus Agency360 Enterprise Solution.
Amadeus Agency360 is a business intelligence tool aggregating travel agent bookings from the industry’s three leading global distribution systems.
The solution gives Scandic Hotels visibility into travel agency bookings, including 12 months of predictive and 24 months of historical data. Scandic expects to track booking trends, analyze the performance of key agency partners, and make better decisions about revenue optimization across its properties.
This deal is among many agreements Amadeus has established with travel companies this year.
- Bulgaria Air signed a full content distribution agreement with Amadeus and adopted its operational tools, Enhanced Re-accommodation and Disruption Transfer.
- Saudi Arabia’s national carrier Saudia rolled out the Amadeus Nevio, an offer and order-based system.
- Riyadh Air signed a global distribution agreement with Amadeus.
- Malaysia Airlines partnered with Amadeus to deploy Amadeus Travel Ready, a solution for verifying travel documents.
Additionally, Amadeus collaborated with Google to adopt Google Cloud technologies to improve flight search accuracy and airline offer management.
