Sabre Rolls Out AI Tool for Personalized Airline Pricing

Sabre has launched Continuous Revenue Optimizer (CRO), an AI-powered pricing tool for airlines.
The goal is to increase revenue by providing customized pricing recommendations for each customer’s booking request.
The CRO builds on Sabre’s existing SabreMosaic, an AI-powered retail platform that launched last year and has already supported over 10 airlines.
It was developed in collaboration with Riyadh Air, Saudi Arabia’s flag carrier, which is already using CRO to refine its pricing strategy.
The tool combines Sabre’s proprietary data with AI algorithms to continuously calculate the optimal price for each seat, based on various customer segments, demand patterns, booking trends, and competitor fares.
The technology is powered by Sabre IQ, Sabre’s AI layer that leverages over 50 petabytes of anonymized travel data from Sabre’s Travel Data Cloud.
In September 2025, Sabre introduced its new agentic APIs, powered by Sabre’s proprietary MCP server and designed to automate travel shopping, booking, and servicing worldwide.
The MCP enables AI agents to interact with travel technology platforms, allowing them to handle repetitive travel tasks, such as updating passenger itineraries, processing payments, completing visa application submissions, and collecting receipts.
