Rippling Launches Travel Booking Tool Powered by Duffel

corporate travel

Rippling, the all‑in‑one workforce and spend management platform, has officially launched Rippling Travel, a new integrated booking tool built in partnership with travel technology provider Duffel. The feature brings flight and hotel bookings directly into Rippling’s existing spend suite—giving companies greater visibility and control over corporate travel.

The integration leverages Duffel’s Flights and Stays APIs, allowing users to book airfare, lodging, car rentals, and travel extras from a wide range of providers, including United, American, British Airways, Booking.com, Expedia, and Priceline—all without leaving the Rippling platform. Inventory is displayed in real time, and bookings automatically sync with Rippling’s expense system, eliminating manual reconciliation and improving compliance.

Finance teams can track spending by employee, department, and location, apply role-based policy controls, and view budgets in real time. For example, travelers can be restricted from booking business class unless they meet budget thresholds. Bookings made with Rippling-issued corporate cards incur zero travel-booking fees.

Rippling Travel is fully embedded within the company’s broader finance and HR ecosystem, streamlining onboarding, payment authorization, and post-trip reporting. It is now available to all existing Rippling Spend customers. No additional setup is required to access the new booking tool.
