Mews Adds AI Analytics as Hotels Push for Faster Revenue Decisions

Mews has launched a new analytics product for hotels called Mews Business Intelligence, expanding its software platform with a tool designed to help hotel teams make faster decisions using real-time data.
Mews said the product is built directly into its operating system, allowing hotel teams to track key metrics, such as revenue, occupancy, and bookings in one place. The launch follows Mews’ recent push into AI and comes a few months after the company raised $300 million in fresh funding.
A tool built to simplify hotel reporting
Mews Business Intelligence is designed to reduce the need for manual reporting and disconnected systems. The company said the product includes AI-generated performance summaries, customizable dashboards, and automated reports.
It also brings together internal hotel data with external information from sources such as Google Ads and online travel agencies.
Mews says hotels are already using the product
Mews said 1,000 early customers had already adopted Mews Business Intelligence at launch. One example the company shared was the Adara Hotel in Whistler, British Columbia, which used the tool to better understand occupancy and average daily rate by room type, then adjust inventory strategy.
This move also fits Mews’ broader AI and analytics strategy. In October 2025, Mews acquired DataChat to make hotel analytics easier to use, including through natural-language queries and faster operational insights.
