Apaleo’s New MCP Server Lets AI Handle Hotel Operations

Apaleo, a property management platform, has announced the launch of a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that allows AI agents to read hotel data and perform actions across multiple systems.
It enables hotel operations (e.g., assisting with payments or checking guest data in the CRM) without needing separate integrations.
Launched as part of Apaleo’s open platform and APIs, the server marks the first MCP implementation in the property management sector.
The server launch builds on Apaleo’s existing ecosystem, including the Apaleo Agent Hub, an AI agent marketplace for hospitality, which allows hoteliers and developers to co-create custom AI agents.
On the same day, Sabre introduced its new agentic APIs, powered by Sabre’s proprietary MCP server and designed to automate travel shopping, booking, and servicing worldwide.
Check out our explainer on AI travel agents that discusses the potential of MCP servers replacing resellers and bridging providers with AI agents.
