Rooming list

A rooming list is a detailed list used by hotels and group coordinators that assigns each guest to a specific room within a group booking. 

Instead of registering individual rooms one by one, a single reservation is created for an entire group, such as a business conference or a wedding. 

The rooming list gives the hotel the exact breakdown of who stays where and ensures special requests (e.g., adjoining rooms, accessibility needs, bedding preferences) are allocated.

Depending on the request, the rooming list allows total billing for the group or separate folios per room.
