About AltexSoft

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the definition and delivery of a new, scalable B2B travel platform. The role focuses on consolidating multiple third-party systems into a single configurable solution that supports different business models and markets through a layered, configuration-first architecture.

About Project

You will take ownership of the product from early discovery and elaboration through MVP launch, working closely with stakeholders, designers, architects, and engineering teams. This is a highly impactful role for someone who enjoys shaping complex transactional platforms, navigating integrations and regulatory constraints, and driving clarity in environments with many moving parts.

You Have

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or strong Product Owner / Product Manager hybrid on B2B SaaS or transactional platforms
Proven track record of owning MVP definition and delivery from discovery to release
Strong backlog management skills: epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and non-functional requirements
Hands-on experience working with complex integrations (APIs, external vendors, internal services) and edge-case-heavy workflows
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholder groups
Preferred experience in the travel domain: agency portals, booking engines, mid- and back-office workflows, payments and refunds
Understanding of privacy-by-design and security-by-design principles, especially for regulated and financial flows
Experience launching and scaling products across multiple markets and tenants
Ability to balance speed, scope, and quality in fast-moving delivery environments
Experience using AI assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) in day-to-day tasks

Would be a plus

Experience working with products or teams focused on the GCC region
Background in multi-tenant or highly configurable platform products
Familiarity with corporate travel or managed travel solutions
Experience collaborating with distributed, cross-functional teams

You Are Going To

Define and own MVP goals, value proposition, scope boundaries, and phased roadmap (Now / Next / Later)
Translate business objectives into a clear, prioritized product backlog
Drive product trade-offs between speed-to-market and completeness, configuration and customization, UX and operational constraints
Lead discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews, process mapping, journey mapping, and story mapping workshops
Define and validate personas (agents, agency staff, administrators) and future-state flows, including permissions and edge cases
Align stakeholders on success metrics, MVP slice, and launch readiness criteria
Partner closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Architecture, and QA to ensure requirements are build-ready and consistently delivered
Support product ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, demos, and release planning
Own change management by evaluating change requests, protecting the agreed scope, and maintaining decision logs and communication cadence
Define functional requirements and acceptance criteria for key integrations, including suppliers, payments, accounting, identity/SSO, notifications, and mapping services
Ensure regulatory, tax, and financial constraints are clearly captured and traceable across product documentation
