About AltexSoft
AltexSoft is looking for a motion designer to join our marketing team. This person will be focused on creating engaging video materials for AltexSoft Youtube Channel.
About Project
This role would ideally suit someone having experience in explainer videos, promos, commercials, presentations, and other formats of visual storytelling. We are happy to consider a candidate with a proactive and conceptual approach to visuals, eagerness to learn, and ability to deliver quality results within strict timeframes.
You Have
- Ability to visualize complex ideas and concepts in a simple way
- 1+ year of experience in motion design and/or video editing
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Intermediate English level
- Understanding the basics of motion and composition principles, layout, typography, color, and structure Outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain design concepts
Would be a plus
- Basic understanding of YouTube content formats and audience engagement
- Experience collaborating with journalists, scriptwriters, or editorial teams
- Familiarity with generative AI tools for visuals, video, or design exploration
- Understanding and interest in technology, startups, or the travel industry
You Are Going To
- Conceptualize scripts into storyboards Working in strong cooperation with scriptwriter
- Find and select stock footage, relevant video materials, reports, historical videos, and other visual references to support video content
- Use AI tools to support motion design tasks, including visual creation, animation support, and content improvement
- Prepare audio for videos, working with sound and voice overs
- Render videos and deploy them on streaming platforms Managing workload to successfully meet deadlines
