Talma Taps Spotnana as Europe Becomes Its Next Travel Tech Test

Talma Travel Solutions, a global travel management company, has partnered with Spotnana, travel technology company, to bring the company’s cloud-based travel infrastructure into its business travel services.

The partnership was announced in April 2026 and is focused on Talma’s expansion in Europe, as well as clients that need travel support across several markets.

The goal is to give corporate customers a smoother online booking experience, wider access to travel content, flexible management tools, and real-time analytics. Talma wants companies to book trips, manage policies, support travelers, and track travel data through a more connected system.

Talma is linking acquisitions with technology

The partnership follows several years of expansion at Talma. Since 2022, the company has grown through mergers and acquisitions, including Blue Cube Travel and Norad Travel in Europe. In April 2025, Talma also acquired Solutions Travel, a US-based travel management company built on Spotnana’s technology stack.

Talma is trying to connect its growing network with a stronger digital platform.

Europe is the next test for Talma’s strategy

Talma said the move supports its plan to reinvest 30 percent of EBITDA into customer experience and critical infrastructure across Europe. EBITDA is a common financial measure that shows operating earnings before certain costs, such as interest and taxes, are removed. Here, Talma is using part of that profit base to improve its technology and client systems.

Spotnana’s Premier Inn deal shows the bigger platform shift

This partnership also follows Spotnana’s wider push to strengthen corporate travel booking infrastructure. Spotnana added a direct Premier Inn integration to give TMCs broader hotel access and more control over corporate bookings. Talma’s move fits the same direction: travel management companies are no longer competing only on service, but also on how well their platforms connect content, policy, traveler support, and real-time data in one system.
