SilverDoor and Synergy Unite for Global Apartment Network

Serviced apartment providers SilverDoor (UK-based) and Synergy Global Housing (US-based) announced plans to merge operations, forming a single enterprise under SilverDoor’s parent company, Habicus Group.
Synergy’s owner, The Ascott Limited, will hold a strategic interest in the venture.
Operations will continue under the SilverDoor name with two main brands: SilverDoor for the global serviced apartment agency business and Synergy by SilverDoor for its corporate housing management platform.
The joint venture will be headquartered in London, with leadership including SilverDoor’s Founder Marcus Angell and CEO Stuart Winstone. Synergy’s founders, Henry Luebbert and Jack Jensky, will step down.
Currently, SilverDoor’s network spans over 2,600 property operators globally, while Synergy offers corporate housing in over 2,000 cities.
