SAS Introduces “SAS Holidays,” an All-in-One Travel Package Platform

Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) has launched SAS Holidays, a new platform offering flight-plus-hotel packages, marking a significant expansion of the carrier’s leisure-travel strategy.
SAS Holidays packages combine SAS flights with curated accommodation options and are available year-round—covering city breaks, warm-weather holidays, and seasonal Nordic experiences. The platform is powered by TripX, a Swedish travel technology provider specializing in dynamic packaging and holiday distribution. Through TripX’s infrastructure, SAS can assemble real-time packages with competitive pricing and a wide range of choices.
In addition to standard holiday bundles, SAS Holidays offers “inspiration categories,” letting travelers browse by theme rather than destination—for example, beach escapes, weekend getaways, or adventure-focused trips. Travelers booking through SAS Holidays will earn loyalty points on the entire package, in addition to the points earned for flights.
The rollout comes as SAS continues restructuring efforts and advances its pending entry into the SkyTeam alliance, expected later in 2025. The new platform is aligned with the airline’s strategy to diversify revenue, reach more leisure-oriented customers, and improve digital booking experiences.
SAS Holidays is now live for customers across its primary markets. The airline plans to expand its destination coverage and introduce more tailored packages in the coming months.
Earlier this month, SAS and Aeromexico launched a new codeshare agreement effective December 1, 2025.
