Peachtree’s Hotel Empire Hits $2B, Big Openings on the Way

Peachtree Group, a hotel development company, has hit a major milestone by growing its nationwide hotel portfolio value to over $2 billion.
One of their biggest upcoming openings is the Embassy Suites Beach Resort in Gulf Shores, Alabama. This resort will feature 257 all-suite rooms with scenic views of the Gulf Coast and a range of resort-style amenities.
In Dallas, Peachtree has just finished the structural framework of its tallest hotel yet—a 19-story building housing AC and Moxy by Marriott brands. With 264 rooms, this hotel is located in a popular neighborhood filled with restaurants, nightlife, offices, and luxury apartments, and is set to open in summer 2026.
Another major project underway is a 30-story, dual-branded Embassy Suites and Tempo by Hilton tower in Austin, Texas, featuring 480 rooms, rooftop amenities, and dedicated space for a national restaurant chain.
Beyond hotel developments, Peachtree has recently launched a new equipment finance division offering lease financing for the commercial real estate and hospitality sectors. This diversification is expected to support the company’s long-term financial health and growth potential.
In August 2025, Peachtree Group closed a $176.5 million loan for Dreamscape Companies' Rio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, marking the largest credit deal in Peachtree's history and among the most significant C-PACE financings in the US.
