Maestro PMS Publishes 2026 Product Roadmap Centered on AI and Mobile Updates

Maestro PMS, a hotel and resort property management software provider, has published its “2026 Software & Innovation Roadmap,” outlining planned enhancements across automation, mobile functionality, revenue management, and multi-property operations.
AI and mobile upgrades include training and mobile check-in features
Maestro’s roadmap centers on expanded use of AI for guest-facing and back-of-house workflows, including an AI-powered upgrade to Maestro Online Education for staff onboarding and role-based training.
On mobile, Maestro flags planned enhancements, such as mobile check-in with room-number selection and integrated upselling tools, alongside continued investment in browser-based functionality, cloud infrastructure, and data security.
Ancillary revenue and payment additions via MezzoPay
Beyond rooms revenue, Maestro’s roadmap points to digital commerce and ancillary revenue optimization, including “dynamic yielding” for non-room categories, and continued investment in ResWave, Maestro’s booking engine, with expanded spa packages and portable inventory/equipment management tools.
Regarding payments, Maestro says it plans to add Apple Pay and Google Pay via MezzoPay for contactless transactions across Maestro Mobile and ResWave. MezzoPay was previously launched in April 2024 as Maestro’s embedded payments offering for US hoteliers.
