India and Philippines to Launch Visa-Free Travel and Direct Flights

India and the Philippines have agreed to implement a mutual visa-free policy alongside the launch of direct flights between Delhi and Manila, scheduled to begin on October 1, 2025.
Indian nationals will gain visa-free access to the Philippines for up to 14 days, while Filipino travelers to India will be granted free e-visas.
Air India will start operating direct flights between the two capitals, with flights scheduled five times per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays) using Airbus A321neo aircraft.
Prior to this, the Philippines had already announced visa-free entry for Indian nationals starting June 8, 2025, granting a 14-day visa-free stay for all Indian tourists and an extended 30-day conditional visa-free entry for Indian tourists with valid visas or permanent residencies from select countries.
This summer, India rolled out several initiatives to boost tourism, including Radisson Hotel Group’s launch of Radisson Flights and MakeMyTrip’s new Tours & Attractions Booking Platform.
