Google Introduces AI Tool for Customized Flight Deals

Google has introduced Flight Deals, a new AI-powered feature (currently in beta) that lets travelers search for flight deals through natural language queries.
Instead of adjusting multiple filters, travelers can describe what they want, and Flight Deals will curate matching options from hundreds of booking platforms. For example, if someone enters “a two-week trip in a budget hotel to experience rich local food,” the tool will generate relevant results that fit the description.
Flight Deals is debuting in India, the US, and Canada. No sign-up is required, as the feature is accessible directly via the Google Flights interface.
The tool is powered by Gemini, Google’s large language model.
Google is gathering user feedback to refine performance and potentially expand Flight Deals to more countries.
In July, Google partnered with Air France‑KLM and Accenture to build a cloud-based AI factory. The use cases include ground operations, aircraft engineering and maintenance, and customer service.
