easyJet Extends Partnership with Travelport

The British low-cost carrier easyJet has announced an extension of its content distribution agreement with Travelport, a global travel technology company.
Under the renewed multi-year agreement, agencies using Travelport+ (a retailing platform for travel agencies) will continue to have access to easyJet's content, including all fare types and ancillary services.
According to Travelport, the partnership aims to enhance the booking experience with search speeds improving by 23 percent.
This positions easyJet alongside other airlines such as Delta, Air Canada, Jet2, Ryanair, and Turkish Airlines, all of which have partnered with Travelport to leverage Travelport+ and the integration of New Distribution Capability (NDC) content.
In July, Travelport finalized an agreement with Breeze Airways, an American low-cost airline.
