Cloudbeds Links with Tripleseat as Hotels Chase Easier Group Revenue

Untitled design

Cloudbeds and Tripleseat announced a new two-way integration to help hotels manage group bookings and events more easily.

The connection links Tripleseat’s event sales platform with Cloudbeds’ Groups & Events module.

The goal is to move important booking data between the two systems without extra manual work. Hotels can sync room blocks, allotments, and pickup information, giving sales and operations teams a clearer view of group demand.

Why group bookings need better coordination

Group business can bring strong revenue to hotels, but it is harder to manage than a regular room booking. A single group may include room reservations, event space, special rates, guest lists, payment details, and several deadline changes before arrival.

When this information sits in separate systems, hotel teams can lose track of updates. Sales may confirm the event, while reservations and front desk teams still need to adjust room inventory. The new integration is designed to reduce those gaps and keep teams working from the same information.

How hotels can use the integration

The integration can help hotels track how many blocked rooms have been booked and how many are still available. Unsold rooms may need to be released and sold through other channels.

It can also help when group demand is stronger than expected.

The move builds on Cloudbeds’ Spring 2026 release

The partnership follows Cloudbeds’ Spring 2026 Compass release, which introduced Groups & Events as a more central way to manage group business. Cloudbeds says the module brings quotes, room blocks, bookings, invoices, and guest details into one workflow.

Tripleseat adds the event sales side of the process. Its platform is used by hotels, restaurants, and venues to manage leads, bookings, contracts, event details, and payments. By connecting Tripleseat with Cloudbeds, hotels can move more smoothly from event inquiry to confirmed stay.

Cloudbeds deal reflects a wider integration trend

The update shows that hotel software companies are focusing more on connected workflows. Group and event bookings touch several departments, so hotels need systems that share data instead of creating more separate tasks.

The Cloudbeds and Tripleseat deal also follows another recent Cloudbeds-related hotel tech. In August 2025, Anacove expanded its hotel IoT platform through integrations with major PMS providers, including Cloudbeds. That news showed the same direction now seen in the Tripleseat partnership: hotels want connected systems that reduce manual work and make operations easier to manage.
