Booking’s GenAI Tools Are Already Yielding Positive Results

Booking Holdings, the parent company behind Booking.com, Priceline, Agoda, Kayak, and OpenTable, has shared that its new AI tools are already making a difference for both travelers and businesses.
When sharing its strong Q3 2025 financial results during the earnings call, the company highlighted that its AI solutions are enhancing user experiences by making search faster, increasing conversion rates, and reducing cancellations.
For example, Booking.com introduced AI agents called Smart Messenger and Auto-Reply, which help accommodation partners respond more quickly to guest inquiries. Also this month, Kayak introduced AI Mode, a new search feature that lets travelers ask questions in natural language and receive personalized suggestions.
These tools are part of Booking’s larger AI transformation strategy, which aims to make trip planning and management more intuitive for users. The company plans to continue expanding its AI toolset to enhance both traveler and partner experiences.
In addition, ChatGPT recently started supporting third-party app integrations, and Booking.com became one of the first travel brands to connect its services.
