BizTrip.AI Debuts at GBTA as AI Concierge for Corporate Travel

On July 21, 2025, at the GBTA Convention in Denver, BizTrip.AI was presented—an AI-driven corporate travel startup founded in 2024 by Tom Romary (co-founder of Yapta, a travel tech company).
The platform serves as a smart travel assistant that scans calendars, tracks prices, applies corporate policies and preferences, and presents curated travel options.
According to BizTrip.AI, it “uses historical data and preferences to anticipate traveler needs, and deliver relevant, tailored options for air, lodging, and ground transportation that are compliant with corporate travel policy [...] The agentic AI technology is currently being trialed by large enterprise organizations, including Moderna, as well as Colorado-based TMC and Cain Travel.”
BizTrip.AI integrates with existing online booking tools (OBTs) and TMCs.
The startup secured $1 million in pre-seed funding from AI Fund, a venture studio founded by Andrew Ng, who is also a co-founder of Google Brain and Coursera.
