Alaska Airlines Announces New Loyalty Program and Starlink WiFi Plans

Alaska Airlines has introduced its redesigned loyalty program, Atmos Rewards, alongside plans to install Starlink in-flight WiFi across its fleet.
Both developments align with Alaska’s ongoing integration with Hawaiian Airlines and support the carrier’s global expansion strategy.
Atmos Rewards combines the existing Alaska Mileage Plan and Hawaiian's HawaiianMiles into a unified program. Members can earn and redeem points on flights from either airline, as well as on over 30 global partners, including those in the Oneworld alliance.
Travelers will earn 1 point per mile flown, a flat 500 points for each flight segment flown, and 5 points per $1 spent, including on premium cabins and upgrades.
Atmos Rewards members can also collect 2 points for every $1 spent on standard Lyft rides and 3 points per $1 spent on airport or elevated Lyft rides.
Starting in 2026, Alaska Airlines will begin equipping aircraft with Starlink WiFi, completing the deployment by 2027.
