Accelya Adds AI to Sales Audit for Airline Revenue Recovery

Accelya, a global airline software provider, has integrated FLX AIViator into its Sales Audit solution. This upgrade aims to help airlines detect more than 60 percent of missed revenue earlier in the audit process, allowing for faster recovery, typically within weeks instead of months.
FLX AIViator is Accelya's AI layer embedded across its FLX ONE and Foundation Platform solutions.
According to Accelya, the tool applies machine learning to uncover irregularities and potential revenue leakage across critical airline functions such as pricing, merchandising, cargo demand forecasting, and customer support.
Within the Sales Audit environment, FLX AIViator performs continuous monitoring and anomaly detection to shorten the audit-to-recovery cycle.
In July, Accelya launched NDC FastTrack, a program that equips travel sellers, technology providers, and corporate buyers with resources to help accelerate NDC adoption.
