One-way car rental

One-way car rental is a rental arrangement where a customer picks up a vehicle in one location and returns it to a completely different one.

Unlike a typical rental, where the car must be dropped off at the same place it was collected, a one-way rental allows travelers the flexibility to move from point A to point B without having to backtrack.

One-way car rental supports travel plans that involve linear routes, multi-city itineraries, or situations where returning to the original location would be inconvenient, impractical, or costly. It is common for road trips, relocating, business travel, or any journey that does not naturally loop back to the starting point.

The rental company must confirm that the destination location is able to accept the vehicle. If the route is allowed, the traveler completes the booking just like a standard rental, but often with an additional fee known as a drop-off charge
