About AltexSoft
AltexSoft is seeking a Senior Engagement Specialist/Growth Hacker in AI to join our business development team and drive customer acquisition and expansion within the AI & Data services vertical. In this role, you will identify, test, and scale growth opportunities across multiple channels, working closely with prospective customers who are looking to innovate and transform their technology businesses through AI-driven solutions.
About Project
You will collaborate with AltexSoft’s Centers of Excellence to translate cutting-edge AI capabilities into compelling value propositions, build scalable customer acquisition strategies, and manage customer relationships from initial engagement through growth. This role is ideal for a data-driven, experimental business developer with marketing acumen who thrives in fast-moving environments and is excited to shape how AI solutions reach the market.
You Have
- 5 years experience in growth, sales, business development, or revenue-focused roles.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, especially in technology, AI, SaaS, or data services.
- Highly analytical and experimental mindset; comfortable running and measuring growth tests.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially with technical buyers.
- Self-starter mentality with a bias toward action and ownership.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. •
- Ability to travel worldwide up to 25% of the time.

- Experience selling AI services or working for an AI-first product company.

You Are Going To
- Identifying, testing, and scaling high-impact growth experiments to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Developing compelling AI-driven value propositions tailored to customer pain points.
- Owning end-to-end customer acquisition across outbound, inbound, conferences, and partner-led channels.
- Prospecting, qualifying, and managing leads, with a strong focus on closing early-stage deals.
- Collaborating closely with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with customer needs.
- Tracking, analyzing, and optimizing funnel performance using data and growth metrics.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers from first contact through expansion.
- Continuously refining go-to-market messaging based on market feedback and results.
- Staying abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify customer development opportunities.
