Delivery Operations Specialist

• Experience working in the IT industry, preferably in delivery, operations, PMO, HR or project coordination roles
• Good understanding of delivery and project life cycles
• Strong ownership and accountability mindset
• Ability to work independently and ensure tasks are completed end-to-end
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to dive into complex processes
• Flexibility and ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

• Hands-on experience with PM and delivery tools (JIRA, Confluence, Miro, etc.)

Delivery Operations & Process Ownership
- Own and coordinate core delivery operational processes
- Prepare agendas
- Document decisions and action items, delivering them to responsible stakeholders and facilitating execution
- Prepare and distribute follow-ups
- Track execution and support stakeholders in completing agreed actions
- Monitor delivery operations and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and process gaps
- Support continuous improvement and optimization of delivery and PMO processes
- Support with events organization and execution

Resourcing & Capacity Management
- Support and coordinate resource planning activities
- Maintain and analyze bench and capacity data
- Facilitate resourcing and recruiting sync-up meetings

Payroll
- Take ownership of payroll-related operational processes
- Coordinate with PMs, DMs, Engineering leadership, and Finance to validate and correct payroll data
- Track deadlines and follow up on missing or inconsistent inputs

Candidate & Client Preparation
- Coordinate preparation of candidates for client interviews
- Prepare and maintain client-facing CVs
- Support project start and client onboarding-related delivery processes

Reporting, Communication & Coordination
- Prepare presentations and analytical materials (delivery metrics, operational results, status reports)
- Coordinate delivery-related meetings and internal events
- Manage calendars and scheduling for delivery stakeholders
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze delivery and operational data
- Act as a coordination point between Delivery Management, PMs, and other stakeholders
