Wyndham Takes Dolce to Miami, Palm Springs and Hudson Valley

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts opened three Dolce by Wyndham hotels in the US, adding properties in Miami Beach, Palm Springs, and New York’s Hudson Valley.

The move brings the brand into three different travel markets: beach leisure, desert escapes, and regional meetings near New York City.

The new hotels are Dolce by Wyndham Miami Beach, V Capri Palm Springs, a Dolce by Wyndham, and Sleepy Hollow Hotel, a Dolce by Wyndham. Dolce is Wyndham’s upscale lifestyle brand. It focuses on hotels with stronger design, local character, and spaces for both leisure guests and group events.

Each hotel targets a different type of traveler

Dolce by Wyndham Miami Beach has 90 rooms in South Beach, near the ocean, Lincoln Road, and the Miami Beach Convention Center. That location helps it serve vacationers, convention visitors, and travelers looking for restaurants, nightlife, and cultural attractions in one of Florida’s busiest hotel markets.

V Capri Palm Springs, a Dolce by Wyndham, has more than 140 rooms and suites near downtown Palm Springs and Palm Springs International Airport. The hotel is designed as a retro-style desert retreat, with patios or balconies, pools, cabanas, dining, a fitness center, and flexible gathering spaces.

Sleepy Hollow Hotel, a Dolce by Wyndham, is the largest of the three properties. Located in Tarrytown in the Hudson Valley, it has more than 240 rooms and suites, an indoor pool, dining, and more than 30,000 square feet of meeting and event space. Its location near New York City makes it useful for weddings, retreats, conferences, and short leisure trips.

Local demand supports the timing

Palm Springs attracts both leisure travelers and group business. Visit Greater Palm Springs booked more than 262,000 room nights in 2025 across 428 meetings, creating an estimated $238 million in economic impact.

Miami Beach also remains tied to both leisure and convention demand, while the Hudson Valley gives Wyndham access to events, weddings, and weekend trips close to New York City. Together, the three hotels show that Wyndham is not only adding rooms. It is placing Dolce in markets where one property can serve several demand sources at the same time.

This Dolce expansion also aligns with Wyndham’s broader push to expand across different hotel formats, not just upscale lifestyle hospitality. Wyndham opened its 20th Echo Suites hotel in Bozeman, Montana, strengthening its position in the extended-stay segment.
