On August 26, 2025, Ryanair and Booking Holdings announced a partnership agreement that allows Ryanair's flights to be available on Booking Holdings’ platforms, such as Booking.com, Kayak, Priceline, and Agoda.

This deal ends years of disputes and barriers to distribution.

Since 2020, Ryanair has been engaged in legal battles with several OTAs, accusing them of unauthorized ticket reselling, charging hidden fees, and creating communication barriers with passengers. By late 2023, many OTAs had stopped listing Ryanair flights.

The new agreement restores Ryanair’s presence on Booking Holdings’ networks. It guarantees full price transparency and direct delivery of critical travel updates to passengers’ myRyanair accounts.

Booking Holdings becomes Ryanair's “Approved OTA aggregator,” joining other partners like Expedia, TUI, Kiwi.com, and more.

Just a week before, Booking Holdings agreed to a $9.5 million settlement in a lawsuit brought by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. The state accused Booking of displaying deceptively low room rates upfront while withholding mandatory fees until checkout.
