ROLLER Buys BookNow CRM, Strengthens Multi-Venue Support
ROLLER, a venue management software provider based in Texas, has announced its acquisition of BookNow Software, a UK-based CRM booking and operations platform.
The deal aims to accelerate ROLLER’s growth in the leisure and attraction sectors and strengthen its presence in the European market.
BookNow Software offers advanced booking and CRM solutions tailored for large enterprises across Europe.
By acquiring BookNow, ROLLER gains new CRM capabilities and expands its support of multi-venue enterprises with more local resources and customer support in the region.
ROLLER currently supports over 2,500 venues in more than 30 countries. The company’s product suite spans online ticketing, point-of-sale systems, payments, memberships, self-serve kiosks, and more.
About a week ago, Booking.com for Business partnered with Bizly, a meetings management platform, to integrate its meeting venue marketplace directly into Booking.com, helping centralize event and travel planning for corporate users.
