Neo Space to Acquire Display Interactive, Advance IFC Tech

Neo Space Group (NSG), Saudi Arabia’s leading satellite communications and in-flight connectivity (IFC) provider, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Display Interactive (DI), a Paris-based company specializing in wireless in-flight entertainment and connectivity.
NSG and Display Interactive began working together in 2023 on joint product development to improve in-flight connectivity solutions.
The partnership deepened in May 2024 when two companies introduced the Skywaves satellite connectivity system, which enables intelligent traffic management and multi-orbit satellite coverage for aircraft.
By integrating Display Interactive’s advanced technology and expert teams, NSG will offer a unified IFC solution combining Skywaves' capabilities with the SkyFly IFC portal developed by Display Interactive.
The goal is to simplify IFC deployment and management by providing airlines with tools to optimize operations, generate analytics, and offer personalized passenger services.
About a month ago, Platinum Equity, an American private equity investment firm, announced the acquisition of Anuvu, a provider of in-flight entertainment and connectivity solutions for airlines.
