Mews Buys DataChat, Makes Hotel Analytics More Accessible

Mews, a hospitality technology platform, has acquired DataChat, an AI company specializing in conversational AI analytics.
With DataChat’s technology, hotel managers will soon be able to ask questions like “which room types generated the most revenue this month” or “how can we improve occupancy next weekend,” and instantly get detailed answers or suggested actions.
This acquisition supports Mews’ strategy to build agentic hospitality systems, where AI agents help with daily hotel tasks, from managing bookings to optimizing pricing.
Mews plans to integrate this technology into its system, adding AI features across reservations, operations, revenue, and guest services. The goal is to allow hotels using Mews to obtain actionable insights by asking questions in natural language, making data analysis more accessible.
In September 2025, Cadhi selected Mews as its PMS provider. By adopting Mews, the hospitality purchasing group aims to automate key operational tasks, enhance guest experiences, and optimize revenue.
