Lufthansa to Modernize Nine Airlines With Amadeus Nevio

Amadeus has been selected by the Lufthansa Group as a primary technology provider to support the group’s digital transformation strategy. The agreement includes deployment of Amadeus Nevio, a next-generation offer and order-based system built on a modular platform.
The rollout will span nine airlines within the group, including Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa, and Swiss International Air Lines.
About Amadeus Nevio
Amadeus Nevio is a cloud-native platform that replaces legacy passenger service systems with a more flexible retail-focused architecture.
A core component is Delivery Management, a pioneering capability that integrates Offer and Order Management into a single operational flow. This allows airlines to manage the full customer journey more efficiently, from shopping and booking through servicing and fulfillment.
Personalization and real-time data
Nevio enables airlines to deliver more personalized passenger experiences. This includes dynamic pricing, tailored fare bundles, and targeted ancillary offers such as seat selection, baggage, and onboard services.
The partnership builds on earlier momentum for the platform. In July 2025, Saudi Arabia’s national carrier Saudia also implemented Amadeus Nevio, marking one of the first large-scale deployments of the system.
