Lufthansa’s NDC program to Reward and Accelerate NDC Adoption

Lufthansa Group has introduced its NDC Connectivity Program, designed as a points-and-rewards framework to assess and acknowledge the performance of certified NDC aggregators.
The program opened registration and began awarding points in August 2025. The first official rankings of all participants will be published in January 2026.
Aggregators are assessed across six strategic pillars, covering competencies essential for modern airline retailing and efficient distribution.
Participants earn points based on their performance, unlocking tier-based incentives. Higher-tier aggregators will receive better support, knowledge sharing, and analytical insights.
Lufthansa views this initiative as a way to oversee the provider landscape and accelerate NDC adoption.
