Hilton Launches Apartment Collection, Adds 3000 New Units

Hilton has announced the launch of Apartment Collection by Hilton, a new brand designed to offer apartment-style accommodations with hotel-level service. The brand is expected to debut mid-year, building on Hilton’s existing portfolio of approximately 10,000 apartment-style units across its brands.
Partnership with Placemakr accelerates growth
A key driver of the expansion is Hilton’s partnership with Placemakr, a company specializing in apartment hotel rentals. Through this collaboration, Hilton expects to add up to 3,000 additional apartments to the Apartment Collection in its initial growth phase.
Hilton will also work directly with multi-family property owners, allowing residential buildings to be converted or partially adapted for short- and medium-term stays under the new brand.
Blending hotel services with apartment living
The new brand targets travelers who want more space and flexibility without giving up the experience of a global hotel company.
Apartment Collection by Hilton will offer larger living spaces than standard hotel rooms, along with access to amenities typically associated with full-service hotels.
These amenities are expected to include fitness centers, rooftop pools, terraces, shared social spaces, and on-site dining or retail options. Each location will be supported by on-site teams available 24 hours a day, ensuring consistent service, guest support, and operational standards.
Loyalty program integration
The new brand will fully participate in the Hilton Honors loyalty program. Guests will be able to earn and redeem points on Apartment Collection stays and access standard member discounts.
Hilton has not yet disclosed details on elite status benefits or earning rates, which are expected to be announced closer to launch.
In November 2025, Hilton became the first official hotel partner for Riyadh Air’s new loyalty program, Sfeer. As part of the deal, early Sfeer members in Saudi Arabia who participate in Hilton Honors will receive an upgrade to Hilton Honors Gold status for 30 days, applicable at any Hilton hotel worldwide.
