BCD Travel Rolls Out Oversee’s Agentic AI to Automate Tasks

BCD Travel has announced a global deployment of Oversee’s agentic AI across its operational environment. The full rollout follows a successful pilot, confirmed on July 18, 2025.
Oversee's AI automates repetitive tasks, such as processing booking and exchange requests.
The deployment aligns with BCD’s broader strategy of digitally transforming travel operations. Over the recent years, the company has been investing in AI tools, for example,
- On July 14, 2025, BCD announced the partnership with SkyLink to deploy a chat-based AI travel assistant integrated into enterprise channels like Slack and Microsoft Teams. The tool handles bookings, itinerary adjustments, and travel Q&A.
- In August 2022, BCD signed a multi-year deal with FairFly to power its Air Price Assurance (APA) program. The AI tool monitors purchased airfare and rebooks it when prices drop.
SVP of Product Planning & Development at BCD, Yannis Karmis, said that their partnership with Oversee allows them to “automate intelligently while maintaining the personal service travelers expect.”
