Accelya and Temoji Unite to Navigate NDC Adoption Across Corporate Travel

On July 16, 2025, airline software provider Accelya and corporate travel consultancy Temoji launched the Business Travel Innovation Group (BIG) to navigate the adoption of NDC (New Distribution Capability) and discuss airline retailing solutions.
The group comprises 20 corporate travel buyers, including large and mid-market companies: About two-thirds are from North America, and the rest are from Europe. All participants have either implemented or attempted NDC, with 80 percent having successfully incorporated it into their systems.
The collaboration arose from discussions between Temoji’s Founder, Paul Tilstone, and Accelya’s Chief Customer Success Officer, Tye Radcliffe, to create a space for buyers to focus on handling practical implementation challenges and delivering feedback to airlines and technology providers.
On July 21, BIG will host its first invitation-only forum at GBTA Denver. The event will feature discussions with corporate buyers from Amazon, Target, Shell, and Accenture, as well as airlines like United and Delta.
Outputs from these sessions are expected to help accelerate NDC adoption and improve coordination between stakeholders.
