Oleksandr Medovoi, President & CEO of AltexSoft, Elected to the Council of Representatives of the IT Ukraine Association

Kyiv, Ukraine – December 29, 2023 – Oleksandr Medovoi, President & CEO of AltexSoft, has been re-elected to the Council of Representatives of the IT Ukraine Association, marking his third term in this influential role. 

The election, held during the General Meeting in Kyiv on December 14, 2023, was a significant event attended by Ukrainian and international IT companies, partners, government representatives, and the media. In this meeting, 18 representatives were elected to the Council, reflecting a balanced representation of the IT companies based on their size. The new composition of the Council of Representatives will determine the strategy and development vectors of the IT Ukraine Association and the entire industry for 2024.

The year 2023 was a landmark for the IT Ukraine Association, with 35 new members joining, expanding its reach to 161 participants: 130 IT companies and 31 partners. The composition of the Association now includes 48 percent service and 22 percent product companies, with a notable increase in product companies. This growth signifies the Association’s increasing influence and diversity within the IT sector.

This is the third time Oleksandr Medovoi was elected to the Association leadership team. He also became a member of the Advisory Board in 2021 and 2022.

In 2020, Oleksandr Medovoi was elected to membership in the newly created Advisory Council for Ukraine’s Ministry of Digital Transformation.
