ITA Software, founded in 1996 and acquired by Google in 2011, is a provider of travel technology solutions for the airline industry. Its flagship product is ITA Matrix, one of the most popular tools for searching flights. 

ITA Matrix allows users to find and compare fares, filtering them by airline or airline partnerships, aircraft type, airport, fare class, acceptable number of stops, preferred times, and more. You can also choose the currency to pay with and plan complex itineraries involving multiple destinations or stopovers.

ITA Software allows travel service providers, such as travel agencies and metasearch engines, to integrate advanced flight search capabilities into their platforms and offer end customers comprehensive information, including real-time availability, pricing, and itinerary options from multiple airlines.
