AltexSoft is located in Kharkov and Severodonetsk, Ukraine, Eastern Europe.

Kharkov is 485 km east of Kiev and can be reached within 5 hours flight from Western Europe capital cities. As of 2006, its population was 1,461,300.

Kharkov is a intellectual capital of Ukraine, with over 60 institutes and 30 universities it has a great engineering infrastructure and scientific traditions. It’s a dominant educational, cultural, transport and industrial center. There are several world famous giants located in Kharkov: the Khartron – aerospace and nuclear electronics manufacturer; the Malyshev Tank Factory, leaders in tank production since the 1930s;  the Morozov Design Bureau and the TurboAtom Company – turbines manufacturer, the Antonov Aeronautical Scientist/Technical Complex – manufacturer with focus on very large aircraft construction.
