Non-refundable

Non-refundable refers to a rate condition under which the customer cannot recover any money if they cancel or fail to use the service. From the moment of purchase, the provider earns the full payment.

This commonly includes discounted services, where travelers accept stricter terms in exchange for lower prices.

For example, if a traveler cancels their hotel reservation, they lose the entire pre-paid amount and do not receive a voucher or refund, even if plans change or unforeseen events occur.
