Daily delegate rate (DDR)

A daily delegate rate (DDR), or day delegate rate, is a special rate offered by a hotel or a venue to participants in a specific event, such as a conference, exhibition, trade fair, or corporate meeting. 

It is an all-inclusive per-person pricing package that lasts one day, typically around eight hours.

Instead of charging separately for hire, food, and equipment, the service provider combines all essentials a client needs for the day into a single fixed price, simplifying planning and budgeting for event organizers.
