AltexSoft Encourages Remote Work to Prevent the Coronavirus Spread

Kharkiv, Ukraine – 17 March 2020 – AltexSoft, a Technology & Solution Consulting company with headquarters in Ukraine, is adjusting its work processes to prevent the spread of COVID-19. With a total of seven registered cases of coronavirus patients in Ukraine (at the time of writing) and the countrywide quarantine, AltexSoft strongly encourages all employees to work from home.

At the country level, Ukraine is going into lockdown for incoming and outgoing journeys. There are restrictions on inner public transportation. Restaurants, malls, markets, and stores are also required to close, with the exception of grocery stores, pharmacies, and food delivery services.

AltexSoft is planning to stay in the work-from-home mode until April 3rd. The company provides employees with technical equipment when needed and establishes processes to make the transfer clear and smooth. All locations remain open for employees who absolutely need to visit the office during the quarantine. Those who’ve recently returned from international trips are required to stay home and refrain from visiting the office.
