Requirements:

  • Have at least 5 years of recruitment and HR related activities experience across industry sectors
  • Have experience of the full life-cycle recruiting
  • Have a good knowledge of best HR practices
  • Have an excellent understanding of the latest trends in IT industry and how they impact on Talent Acquisition strategy
  • Have outstanding negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Be capable of interviewing candidates and conduct prescreening of resumes as per company standards
  • Have proven ability to collaborate with a diverse client group, from staff to senior management
  • Have a highly proficient comprehensive knowledge of job posting optimization, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, sourcing channel expansion and cost optimization
  • Intermediate English level

 

Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates
  • Conduct phone interviews to further explore skills, suitability for the position
  • Conduct HR-interviews, organization of technical and customer interviews
  • Provide coordination of joining and adaptation activities
  • Make market analysis and research information consolidation
  • Mentor and train middle and junior HR specialists, influences colleagues’ professional growth through own example
  • Perform pre-sale activities: market overview, research and analysis (market projections, pipelines)
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Facilitate the implementation of company HR processes and initiatives
  • Maintain statistics necessary to monitor the effectiveness of the People Management related processes and programs. Alert RM to difficulties encountered in attaining and maintaining compliance with established policies, proposes possible solutions based on the best everyday practice / best knowledge / expert view “from field”
  • Have ownership of overall HR management for business unit or separate function in accordance with best practice and company policies and procedures
  • Suggest and implement HR innovative solutions to solve business issues and address people’s needs
