• Maintenance of uninterrupted work of office and comfortable work of employees;
  • Purchases for the office (foodstuffs, stationery, household goods, furniture, etc.);
  • Communication and cooperation with all suppliers / contractors;
  • Work with documents and accounting;
  • Repairs in the office (both equipment and premises);
  • Work with correspondence;
  • Organization of congratulations to employees on their birthday and professional holidays;
  • Help HR manager in the organization of various events.


  • Experience of office work;
  • Good understanding of office and staff’s needs;
  • Pre-Intermediate English level or higher.
