- Maintenance of uninterrupted work of office and comfortable work of employees;
- Purchases for the office (foodstuffs, stationery, household goods, furniture, etc.);
- Communication and cooperation with all suppliers / contractors;
- Work with documents and accounting;
- Repairs in the office (both equipment and premises);
- Work with correspondence;
- Organization of congratulations to employees on their birthday and professional holidays;
- Help HR manager in the organization of various events.
- Experience of office work;
- Good understanding of office and staff’s needs;
- Pre-Intermediate English level or higher.
