• Be responsible and accountable for generating revenue
  • Participate in developing sales strategy
  • Execute and manage following strategy
  • Work with Marketing to ensure consistent lead generation
  • Develop and implement sales process in the Company
  • Build and manage day –to –day performance of the sales team (up to 8 direct reports).
  • Track sales team KPIs and report data to Sales Director on a weekly basis
  • Collaborate with Pre-sales and delivery teams
  • Direct search for the new leads and sign the contracts


  • 5+ years of experience in IT services sales
  • 2+ years of experience in management
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
