AltexSoft is looking for a client-oriented and dedicated Customer Service Team Lead to manage the first-line support of huge content filtering product.

The Customer Support Manager position is responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to customers performing the following functions.


  •  Participation at the customer service process through oral and written communication;
  •  Establishing work procedures and processes;
  •  Daily management of a team of employees;
  •  Hiring, organizing, consulting, coaching, and training the team members;
  •  Preparing the FAQ, scripts, and instructions;
  •  Assisting the second line customer support;
  •  Defining the issues in the system and reporting them;
  •  Close cooperation with the business analysts and product owner in order to improve product’s quality.


Competencies and skills:

  •  At least one year experience of customer service work;
  •  Fluent English is a must (C1,C2);
  •  Superior communication skills (both written and verbal);
  •  Perfect listening and problem solving skills;
  •  Multitasking, ability to set priorities and manage time efficiently;
  •  Attention to details;
  •  Politeness and follow the business etiquette;
  •  Thinking outside the box;
