AltexSoft is looking for a client-oriented and dedicated Customer Service Team Lead to manage the first-line support of huge content filtering product.
The Customer Support Manager position is responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to customers performing the following functions.
- Participation at the customer service process through oral and written communication;
- Establishing work procedures and processes;
- Daily management of a team of employees;
- Hiring, organizing, consulting, coaching, and training the team members;
- Preparing the FAQ, scripts, and instructions;
- Assisting the second line customer support;
- Defining the issues in the system and reporting them;
- Close cooperation with the business analysts and product owner in order to improve product’s quality.
Competencies and skills:
- At least one year experience of customer service work;
- Fluent English is a must (C1,C2);
- Superior communication skills (both written and verbal);
- Perfect listening and problem solving skills;
- Multitasking, ability to set priorities and manage time efficiently;
- Attention to details;
- Politeness and follow the business etiquette;
